A progressive farming company in Norfolk is seeking an Irrigation & Arable Machinery Operator. The role involves operating and maintaining irrigation systems and modern farming technology. Ideal candidates have experience with tractors and irrigation equipment, a good understanding of precision farming systems, and are capable of managing schedules accurately. The package includes a salary of £30,000 – £45,000 based on experience and potential accommodation.
The Job: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Irrigation & Arable Machinery Operator to join a progressive and well managed farming business in Norfolk. Working as part of a dedicated team on a large scale arable enterprise, you will take responsibility for operating and maintaining a range of modern machinery – with a particular focus on irrigation systems and precision farming technology. This role would suit someone with previous tractor and irrigation experience who is practical, numerate and enjoys working in a forward‑thinking environment.
