Responsibilities
Project Engagement: Work with Customers, Exterro's Professional Services, Product and Development teams to ensure end-to-end Forensic successful project implementation and overall customer satisfaction
Project Leadership: Lead projects from requirements definition through to closure, identifying and managing deliverables, schedules, scope, resources and issues and adhering to best project management practices with agility to pivot to changing circumstances
Project Planning: Develop, maintain and adapt end-to-end project plans, tasks, resources, deliverables and milestones
Risk and Issue Management: Effective RAID Management with necessary mitigations and strategies in place
Project Management: Monitor, report and communicate project status and progress internally and to customers against key milestones and offer viable solutions and opportunities to ensure on time delivery
Stakeholder Management: Foster collaboration and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure scope & schedule adherence. Build and maintain long lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure efficient project implementation
Quality Management: Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle, following Agile principles of inspecting and adapting
Project Pre-Sale Support: Collaborate with internal teams for pre‑sales activities such as definition solutions, creating proposals/SOW, presenting solutions to customers and managing Proof of Concept process
Communication & Collaboration: Provide an ongoing communication with customers and internal teams by updating project plans, reports and requirements to communicate customer objectives. Provide product feedback and suggestions via the appropriate internal communication channels

Qualifications
7+ years project management experience in full cycle software implementation or in information technology utilizing traditional, hybrid and agile methodologies
Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale IT projects within required budget, quality standards and on time delivery
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
Comprehensive understanding of project management principles including strategic project planning, phased delivery and risk management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating emotional intelligence and collaboration enabling you to convey ideas clearly and build positive and long lasting relationships with clients and team members
Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, while maintaining focus and attention to detail
Proven problem solving skills and decision making abilities with results driven approach
Customer focused with consultative approach and accountability attribution
Solid stakeholder management experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with project management software and related tools such as: MS Project, Wrike, Attlassian, Office Suite, Gantt chart, Lucid Chart, MS Visio
Experience in identification and optimisation of opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within project management methodologies, incorporating Agile retrospectives for continuous learning
Must be fluent in English and German languages both written and spoken
Must be eligible to successfully apply for a security clearance, should this be required by one or more customers
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of German tender law and practices
Awareness of cloud computing concepts and security technologies services
Experience in Change Management
Certification in Agile project methodology and experience in Agile projects delivery
Knowledge of lean approaches such as Lean Management, Scrum, Kanban
