VP (Associate Director) | AI Staffing | London

AI Futures is looking for an VP (Associate Director) to join our London team. AI Futures are niche staffing startup with a vision to be the No.1 AI Recruiter on the planet. We are a VC funded startup who, since launching last year, have hit our top and bottom-line numbers, more than doubled in size and launched our contracts team early.

As a VP of permanent you would take over 2 billing team members, you would be responsible for overseeing their target, running your own P&L, have investment to grow your team and be part of our equity scheme.

What do we want?

Our top 2 criteria are potential and values. You will also need the following experience –

  • 5 years+ experience in niche, high value recruitment in Data or Tech
  • 3 years+ experience in Permanent
  • An exemplary track record of winning clients and developing clients
  • Experience running you own P&L
  • A track recorded of hiring and developing team members
  • Experience of achieving a No.1 position in a market
  • on the German market is beneficial
  • Fluent German is beneficial
