What the job involves
  • Active involvement across the entire deal lifecycle
  • Supporting the origination and execution of investment opportunities
  • Preparing detailed financial models, investment committee materials, and managing due diligence processes
  • Playing a key role in asset management
  • Engaging with portfolio company management, contributing to board meetings, and assisting with quarterly client reporting
Who we are looking for
  • Experience from a private equity fund, investment bank, or leading consultancy, with a preference for prior investing experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills, critical thinking, and sound commercial judgment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with management teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in a second language (preferably Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, or French)
