Job summary
A leading passive fire protection contractor is looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee operations in Belvedere. Candidates should have experience in fire door and passive fire protection projects, demonstrating strong people management and service delivery skills. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus package benefits. You'll lead project operations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of capital improvement programmes.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Develop policies and procedures for project achievements.
- Ensure project delivery is defect-free.
Skills
Location: Belvedere (travel required around the M25). Salary: 60K + package. Full-time/permanent role.
We are working with a leading passive fire protection contractor to find a successful and proactive Project Manager to join their team based in Belvedere. We are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience working on Fire Door projects/passive fire protection projects, with a proven track record of successful people management and service delivery.
- Manage all day to day operations of the capital improvement programmes.
- Identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate actions, reporting back to management when this occurs.
- Work closely and meet with client and stakeholders on site to survey and complete property condition reports.
- Developing policies & procedures to support the achievement of new projects.
- Site visits to undertake inspections of works and/or liaise with trade operatives, tenants, contractors or statutory bodies to resolve any issues and ensure high satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain Health and Safety and environmental management.
- Drawing up construction phase safety plans and ensuring the safe delivery set out within each plan.
- Understand and manage all client expectations maintaining good working relations.
- Complete project handover and ensure everything is defect/snag free.
