A global defense and engineering firm is looking for a Head of Health and Wellbeing to elevate their health initiatives into strategic business drivers. This full-time role involves defining global health strategies, partnering with regional teams, and influencing leadership. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in health strategies within large organizations and the ability to shape behavioral changes using data. As a Head of Health and Wellbeing, you’ll elevate Health and Wellbeing into a strategic business driver across Babcock’s culture, leadership behaviours and governance to improve performance, reduce risk and strengthen long‑term sustainability. Day-to-day, you’ll embed evidence‑based practices, leverage data and insights to demonstrate impact and build a resilient, inclusive environment where our people can thrive.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office, at Babcock sites within the UK and internationally, and days working from home.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
