Hours : Full-time, Permanent – Day Shift Only

Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking to join a friendly, independent engineering firm where your skills are valued? Our client, a well-established precision engineering company based in Leeds, is seeking a talented CNC Miller to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the setting, operating, and milling of precision components to exact specifications. Working in a well-equipped workshop, you’ll produce high-quality parts for a range of industries and play an important role in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered components

Work from technical drawings and specifications

Carry out first-off and in-process inspection to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe

Collaborate effectively with other machinists and engineers

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision engineering environment

Confident in setting and operating CNC milling machines

Experience using Fanuc controls (ideal but not essential)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

A flexible team player with a positive attitude, suited to a small, friendly company
