You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting ESG Senior Consultants and Managers in developing the ESG Assurance service line.
• Contributing to client engagements by providing Limited Assurance opinions on ESG-related metrics.
• Performing testing within ESG Assurance engagements following RSM’s methodologies.
• Building trust and credibility through close interaction with clients as part of a diverse team.

What we are looking for:

• A strong interest in ESG & Sustainability
• 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
• A predicted or obtained honours degree
• Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Time management skills
• Experience in a professional environment
• Practical experience in ESG or ESG Assurance functions, or in External/Internal Audit
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA), with support available for candidates working towards completion
