A leading healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking on-call crisis workers to provide support for clients attending forensic medical examinations. The role includes crisis management and requires experience in supportive roles, with the ability to work calmly under pressure. We are looking to appoint a number of enthusiastic individuals to join our established team of on-call crisis workers at SAFE Place, our Merseyside Sexual Assault Referral Centre site in Liverpool.
The post holder will provide crisis management for patients that attend the Centre for a forensic medical examination outside of normal office hours.
This is a bank contract providing 24/7 on‑call cover across various shifts.
To support adults and young people, full training will be provided. The role includes telephone support, information, and crisis management for clients attending forensic medical examinations.
