A health organization in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) service. This role involves management of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with national guidelines, and conducting forensic examinations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and clinical governance skills, along with a background in nursing or midwifery. A commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to vulnerable individuals is crucial for this position.
Qualifications
- 4 years post-registration experience as a nurse or midwife.
- Experience working as an autonomous practitioner.
- Knowledge of clinical governance concepts.
- Experience in healthcare management.
Responsabilités
- Lead and manage the SARC team to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure CQC compliance and manage clinical governance activities.
- Conduct forensic examinations and support multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage budgets and staffing within service operations.
