A leading contract catering service in Catterick Garrison seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary team at Marne Barracks. The successful candidate will manage kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food production, and maintain safety standards. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Culinary Skills and have relevant experience. - Experience in a similar environment, ideally in education or defense.
- Ability to pass Enhanced DBS and full security clearance.
- UK residency for the past 3 years.
Responsabilidades

- Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and food production standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Build strong client relationships and respond to customer feedback.
