Travel from Aberdeen to Shetland and return is paid by Sodexo with an allowance provided towards travel from home to Aberdeen. Also, all accommodation and meals provided.

• Assist in preparing and producing dishes within your designated section.

• Learn and develop under the guidance of senior chefs.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support training and development.

• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.

• Prepare, present, and serve food to a consistently high standard.

• Support deliveries and stock rotation to ensure freshness and compliance.

• NVQ Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Professional Cookery, or at least 2+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen.

• Knowledge of menu planning and food production processes.

• Experience in or exposure to bulk or large-scale catering.

• A proactive attitude, passion for food, and strong team spirit.
