Overview

Production Manager ( Food/Fresh Produce) – £37,000-£42,000 + Holiday + Pension • 4 on 4 off shift rotation (days only) • Bilsthorpe – Newark, Nottinghamshire (commutable from Newark, Bilsthorpe, Coddington, Winthorpe, Farndon, Kelham).

The Role

• Oversee daily operations of a busy food production site on a 4 on 4 off days-based shift rotation
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to manage workflow & optimize line performance
• Shift planning and resource allocation
• Team Management, recruitment & onboarding
• Quality, Compliance, Health & safety & Continuous improvement projects to drive performance, increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Risk assessments & incident investigations

The Person

• Previous experience in a food environment as a Production Manager or as a Production Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to Lead, Coach and develop your team & team leaders to maintain high performance and employee engagement
