Part‑time 21 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

£12.50 - £12.76 per hour

As part of our team, you will help plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and fun‑filled activities that promote creativity, social interaction, and well‑being. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting outings to the Cinema, bowling, karaoke, bingo, shopping and swimming
• Facilitating walks, picnics and seaside trips
• Visiting local Zoos and Donkey sanctuaries
• Train rides and museum visits
• Leading or supporting arts and crafts sessions and other creative activities

These activities aim to support physical, mental, and emotional well‑being while building a sense of community and belonging.

• You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health

• You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings

• You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support

• Good general education

• Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference

• Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve

• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)

• A commitment to undertake training and development

• RQF Level 2 or above in social care

• Previous experience within social care setting

• Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities

• Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks

• Confident IT user
