A leading social care organization in the UK seeks support staff for part-time roles to assist adults with diverse needs such as learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include engaging in activities to promote well-being and delivering personalized support. Essential skills include honesty and a commitment to training. Part‑time 21 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
£12.50 - £12.76 per hour

You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health
You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives
You’ll give high‑quality support tailored to people’s needs
You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings
You’ll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene
You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support
Good general education
Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
A commitment to undertake training and development
RQF Level 2 or above in social care
Previous experience within social care setting
Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks
Confident IT user
