We have an exciting field-based opportunity for a Sales Engineer / Field Sales Account Manager to develop B2B sales across process industries, working closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver tailored engineering and calibration solutions.

SALARY: up to £45,000 per annum (Basic Salary) / £65,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission) + Company Car + Fuel Car + Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Field based covering the North West and surrounds

This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships while expanding regional sales performance.
As a Sales Engineer / Field Sales Account Manager you will work closely with process industry clients including aerospace, food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas. You will deliver consultative, solution-led sales by combining technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness.
The Sales Engineer / Field Sales Account Manager role is field-based and requires regular travel to customer sites. You will collaborate with internal engineering and marketing teams to identify opportunities, support bids, and drive sustainable account growth.
