A family-run grocery store in Penrith is seeking a Customer Assistant (Specialist) for its café. This part-time role involves enhancing the customer experience through kitchen support and Front of House duties, such as serving beverages and maintaining cleanliness. No prior retail experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be offered to ensure you excel in this customer-centric role. Applicants must be over 18. Location: Penrith
This is a part time role with a contract of 20 hours per week. You must be available to work at weekends for this position.
Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As a Specialist Customer Assistant, you will be working in our Café.
As a member of our Café team you could be supporting in the kitchen making items from the menu or working as part of the Front of House team making beverages, serving customers or keeping on top of cleanliness within the dining area.
You don't need retail experience to join our family. As with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
