Descripción de la vacante
A fire protection specialist in Weymouth is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage financial and contractual aspects of fire sprinkler installation projects. You will work alongside design and project teams to ensure projects meet budget and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, strong contract law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. - Experience in construction or fire protection sectors is desirable.
- Strong understanding of contract law and NEC/JCT contracts.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to monitor financial performance.
