A leading media and technology company seeks a Finance Manager in Newbury, UK. This role involves managing financial operations, overseeing compliance, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will collaborate with various teams and handle financial performance analysis. Applicants should have an accounting qualification and strong technical skills, including SAP and Excel. This permanent position offers two days working in the office and a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications

Responsabilités
- Manage all monthly and quarterly reporting activities.
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliation procedures.
- Monitor compliance of key policies.
- Manage daily relationship with Accenture.
- Support financial performance analysis with FP&A Teams.
- Help drive financial and operational standardization.
- Support S4 system rollout and mentor junior team members.
