Why Join DAZN?

Be part of a finance team driving the growth of one of the world’s leading sports streaming platforms. At DAZN, finance sits at the centre of strategic decision making – powering how we invest, price and expansion globally.

As Finance Manager, you’ll drive financial performance, deliver data-driven insight, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the business. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment – where commercial acumen, innovation and financial rigour go hand-in-hand.

The Role

You’ll oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes across your business area or market. You’ll act as a key business partner, offering strategic and operational financial support, managing budgets and forecasts, and driving efficiency and performance. You will also lead finance transformation initiatives, ensuring robust controls and value-added insight. This is a high-visibility role with scope to shape decisions and influence outcomes.

We are hiring two Finance Manager roles to manage either our Boxing or Commercial Premises business units.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Act as the lead commercial finance partner to senior business stakeholders
  • Drive financial performance of the vertical across revenue, margin, costs and investment
  • Build and challenge quarterly forecasts and annual budgets in partnership with Content, Distribution, Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Provide financial insight and scenario analysis to support commercial negotiations, platform deals, rights decisions and pricing/promotional strategy
  • Prepare monthly financial reviews, variance analysis and commentary for regional and central stakeholders
  • Build board-ready materials and articulate drivers, risks and levers clearly and succinctly
  • Work with FP&A teams to ensure robust investment cases and consistent financial standards
  • Identify risks, opportunities and trade-offs relative to plan, and support decision-making that preserves long-term economics
  • Contribute to governance, controls and finance process improvements across the business unit
  • Run core month-end responsibilities for the business unit (e.g. review of accruals and balance sheet checks) to ensure integrity of reported performance
What You'll Bring:
  • Qualified or equivalent finance professional experience, with experience in commercial finance / business partnering
  • Accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA or CIMA)
  • Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable business language for non-finance stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities
  • Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and executive teams
  • Proficiency with finance systems and BI tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Benefits

Benefits include access to DAZN, 25 days’ annual leave (increasing by3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
