Responsabilités
Create and maintain finance processes and systems.
Keep accurate records of financial transactions.
Raise and issue sales invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Liaise with suppliers and creditors for cash flow management.
Check and reconcile purchase invoices.
Manage the petty cash system.
Oversee the credit card processing.
Ensure contracts and agreements are updated on the database.
Support the Director of Finance with reports and audits.
Run payroll reports for review.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
