What will the Head of Finance (Property Services) role involve?

1. Taking full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the division, ensuring alignment with the wider group strategy.
2. Business partnering with senior operational leaders to translate performance into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making and drive long-term value.
3. Leading the finance integration of new acquisitions and championing process improvements across your division, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency.
4. Managing and developing a high-performing finance team, playing a key role in shaping financial direction at the group level while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance (Property Services):

• Fully qualified with experience managing people at the Management Accountant level.
• Experience in presenting management accounts and liaising with external stakeholders.
• Power BI skills and/or experience within the property sector are highly advantageous.
