Commercial Finance Manager (6 Month FTC) Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £75k-£85k

I am currently working with a B2C business based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager for a minimum of 6 months on an FTC.

Key responsibilities

• Business partnering with relevant departments to provide insights, enabling strategic decision making
• Managing the forecasting across sales and margin
• Reporting on inventory, ensuring accurate stock reconciliations
• Driving strategic decision making by delivering insightful financial analysis to senior leadership teams
• Mentoring and guiding junior members of staff, including appraisals etc.

Ideal candidate

• Fully qualified accountant, with recent experience as a Finance Manager
• Proven track record in a consumer based/B2C business
• Excellent at managing a team
• Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders

The client is offering £80-£85k and hybrid work.
