Senior Strategy & Market Intelligence Manager with an energy business. Based in London or Manchester.

1. Manage the delivery of the strategic materials; stakeholder engagement associated with the delivery of the materials and communication across the business
2. Lead the design and implementation of a structured market intelligence approach, integrating internal and external insights to generate actionable strategic recommendations
3. Produce regular strategic insight outputs (e.g., quarterly reports, deep dives, annual assessments) to inform decision-making and strategic execution.
4. Facilitate the development and regular refresh of functional strategies to ensure they aligned and are in support of delivery o wider business strategy, preparing supporting materials and briefings for key meetings
5. Provide coaching and guidance to the Strategy Analyst and others as directed
6. Support the Head of Strategy and Director of Strategy on ad hoc strategic initiatives, undertaking analysis, translating analysis and key messages into a clear and compelling narrative, and proactively engaging with key stakeholders to socialise messaging where required

You will have:

• Proven experience of experience applying a broad range of strategic and business analysis frameworks. Ideally who has worked in energy, water or telecoms form industry, consultancy or government.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and comfortable in delivering reports, briefings, and presentations up to and including Board level as well as owning the creation of materials which are suitable for external publication
• Stakeholder management, able to interact with colleagues at all levels, across the organisation to leverage relationships cross-functionally, highly collaborative problem-solving mindset and ability to engage with external stakeholders
• Well-organised - able to manage a number of tasks in parallel, whilst ensuring that these are completed to time and quality. Project management and people management experience desirable

£63,000 - £73,000 PA DOE plus car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits
