Overview

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Accounts and commercial Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success. The Accounts and Commercial Executive must play a key role in managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accounts, and supporting commercial operations. This individual is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, handling invoices, payments, and reporting, as well as assisting in the preparation of contracts, negotiations, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Ensure timely payment of supplier bills and collection of payments from customers.
  • Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist with income tax returns and other tax-related filings in compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide necessary information and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the commercial team in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, purchase orders, and other commercial documents.
