- Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects from initial feasibility through to determination.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and appraisals.
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Take responsibility for project delivery, managing budgets and timescales effectively.
- Play a key role in developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the team.
- MRTPI qualified, or working towards full chartership.
- 4+ years' planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and current policy.
- Strong report writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing situations.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for planning.
