Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations and/or M&E within a hotel or fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all rooms and M&E revenue streams in partnership with the Director of Sales.
• Manage and convert incoming reservations and group enquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong client, agent, and corporate relationships.
