We’re looking for a talented Senior Pricing Analyst to join Addleshaw Goddard’s high-performing Pricing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our pricing strategy for major client mandates and panel appointments, working closely with partners and wider stakeholders to drive profitability and innovation across the firm.

• Support the firm’s pricing governance framework and advise the Pricing Advisory Committee.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for major panel appointments and significant mandates.
• Become a subject matter expert in the BigHand Pricing Tool, delivering training and in-life pricing support.
• Prepare pricing proposals for RFPs, balancing client needs with profitability.
• Conduct profitability and sensitivity analysis across sectors and clients.
• Identify and deliver revenue and profitability enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate on pricing-related projects to improve efficiency and internal reporting.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a pricing role within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communicator, able to build relationships across all levels.
• Commercially minded, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to deliver creative, pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
