Job summary

A local education provider in Rotherham is looking for a passionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. You will work closely with pupils to help them thrive both academically and emotionally. The role entails providing 1:1 support, assisting with behaviour management, and contributing to individual support plans. Experience with children is preferred but not essential. An up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS check is needed. This is a rewarding role with immediate start available.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential.
  • Genuine interest in SEMH and child development.
  • Up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply).
  • Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £460–£600 per week
