- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of formulations, protocols and brand philosophies
- Develop and update training materials for accuracy and clarity
- Create educational content for new product and brand launches
- Partner with Marketing, Retail and Leadership teams to align education with business goals
- Build strong relationships with retail partners to support ongoing training and commercial success
- Proven experience in training or education within luxury skincare, spa or professional beauty
- Qualified and experienced facialist or beauty therapist with extensive skincare knowledge
- Confident presenter with exceptional communication and an engaging training style
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
