Precision Machining Training Leader (SC Cleared) - On Site
Job summary
A leading government contracting agency is seeking a Precision Machining Training Manager for a full-time role in Reading. This position requires 2-3 years of competent machining experience, proficiency in Shop Mill and Shop Turn operations, and experience with CNC machinery. Essential to the role is SC Clearance and a strong focus on managing training programmes and ensuring effective training delivery. The role emphasizes leadership and collaboration with HR to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of competent machining experience required.
- Must have proficiency in both Shop Mill & Shop Turn activities.
- Experience with CNC machinery is essential.
Responsibilities
- Supervise activities and ensure accountability within assigned responsibilities.
- Manage training programme deliverables and create development plans.
- Implement various training methods, including induction sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with HR and tailor programmes to align with company strategies.
