Responsibilities

• Support processing of incident data using Datix Cymru system.
• Provide guidance to staff on electronic incident reporting system.
• Coordinate meetings and courses for the Health & Safety team.
• Maintain accurate training records using various systems.
• Assist in collation of audit data and handle telephone inquiries.

Skills

Word processing/computer qualifications

Experience of working in the NHS

Basic knowledge of health & safety terminology

Knowledge of ESR, Datix and Oracle

Education

NVQ 3 or equivalent typing qualifications/experience

Minimum of 4 GCSEs including Maths and English
