A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Information / Document Controller for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has construction industry experience and a solid understanding of document control, particularly in producing Operations and Maintenance manuals. Responsibilities include managing information from subcontractors, reviewing technical documents, and ensuring data management accuracy. This full-time position offers a salary range of £27k-£28k, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with M&E.
- Strong understanding of document control and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to organize information logically and prioritize workload.
Responsabilités
- Manage information provided by subcontractors and clients for project handover.
- Ensure timely recording of incoming information.
- Review and approve as-built literature from third parties.
