Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, document control, and correspondence handling.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in processing customer orders, invoices, and delivery paperwork as required.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
  • Provide support to sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Help maintain a tidy, organised office environment.
  • Support Marketing Coordinator with social media and other proactive sale approaches.
  • Support sale operations with identification and collation of lead opportunities.

Skills

Job description

An interesting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced administrator who takes great pride in accuracy and quality of work, with good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and wants to join an innovative and very friendly company.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 4 pm with one hour for lunch. We are happy to consider both part- or full-time hours to suit the candidate. The hourly rate is £12.76 per hour and holiday allowance is 25 days plus bank holidays.

Duties
