What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day administration for trust-based pension schemes (DB, DC, hybrid).
  • Process member events such as retirements, transfers, and benefit statements.
  • Check work completed by junior team members and provide informal mentoring.
  • Respond to queries and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Use automated and manual calculations to ensure accuracy.
  • Support projects like renewals, pension increases, and bulk communications.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pensions administration (DB schemes preferred).
  • Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
