A well-established Scottish civil engineering contractor with a rapidly growing workload is recruiting a Project Manager to join their expanding team in Aberdeen. With a strong order book secured for 2026, this company offers long-term stability, a mature environment and a close-knit, family-oriented culture.
They specialise in a wide variety of civil engineering schemes, including: structures, earthworks, road construction, drainage, sewers, and general infrastructure.
- Lead civil engineering projects from planning through delivery.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and engineering personnel.
- Ensure programme milestones, cost controls and quality standards are achieved.
- Uphold high levels of safety and compliance on all projects.
- Work with commercial teams to monitor costs and variations.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, designers and internal stakeholders.
- Produce progress reports, risk assessments and project documentation.
- Strong background in civil engineering project management.
- Experience delivering earthworks, structures, drainage, roads or infrastructure projects.
- Solid working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential).
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver multiple projects to deadlines.
- Based in or able to commute to Aberdeen.
- Salary up to £75,000 + benefits OR day rate contract option.
