The GDP is a structured two-year scheme designed to support your development at the start of your Jacobs career journey. We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Project Managers to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in project management, working alongside industry-leading experts on major programmes across transportation, water, energy, defence, healthcare, and the built environment.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
• Help identify and manage risks and issues.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation and presentations.
• Learn and apply project management tools and techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

• Be working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural, Building Services or related degrees
• A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
• Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
