We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in MEP building services, looking to take ownership of electrical works across commercial or industrial sites.
- Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical installations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain site documentation, including RAMS and progress reports
- Monitor quality, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Proven experience in electrical site management within building services
- SMSTS certification (essential)
- Additional H&S certifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, IOSH/NEBOSH)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
