Here at the Mick George Group we are recruiting a Project Manager to join the team.
Location : Norfolk
Pay: Dependent on experience, to be discussed at an interview.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and communicate all design and temporary works activities in Mick George Earthworks and with client engineers
• Manage and communicate all works activities between the client and in Mick George Earthworks senior management
• Organise and control all subcontract works and report to client and in house senior management
• Liaise directly with supply chain
• Assist commercial team with forecasts, CVRs and program.
• Communicate program requirements and works schedule to site team.
• Monitor progress on program and weekly work schedules

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent health and safety certification.
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Proven experience as a site manager or similar role in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UK.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• A pro-active team member
• Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. (Desirable)
• Knowledge of Earthworks and items of heavy plant (Desirable)
