A global design agency is seeking a Director of Brand Design to lead their brand design function. This role involves shaping innovative design strategies, managing a team of creatives, and driving brand vision across various platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in design leadership and AI tools, along with a proven track record of brand management. This position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $230,000, with comprehensive benefits.
We are seeking a Director of Brand Design at Gen — a strong visionary leader who can elevate our global brand design function and build a world-class design practice within our in-house agency. This role will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative visual systems, and contribute to user-centered design experiences that drive impact and reinforce our brand equity across every Gen brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, UX / UI, acquisition, CRM, and sales to shape a unified on-brand creative direction and ensure exceptional design quality across all initiatives.

You elevate the global perception of our brands through design innovation, effective global systems, human‑centered creativity, and AI powered workflows — shaping the future of how Gen’s brands connect with consumers around the world.
The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $200,000k to $230,000k. Base salary is one component of Gen’s total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
