  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A great communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, social and in-venue marketing.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email and website platforms.
  • Manage paid social and PPC activity to drive bookings and awareness.
  • Work closely with local site managers to support location‑specific promotions.
  • Collaborate with design and external partners to produce marketing assets.
  • Track campaign performance and report on KPIs.
  • Support with PR, events, and influencer outreach when required.

A leading leisure brand with 100+ sites across the UK and internationally has retained Brand Recruitment to find a Senior Marketing Executive to join their growing team to cover maternity leave. Maybe you are a Marketing -Executive looking for a step up, or someone looking to move into a different, faster-paced industry.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Marketing the Senior Marketing Executive plays a key role in planning and delivering campaigns that drive brand awareness, footfall and bookings. You’ll balance national level digital marketing with hands‑on support for individual venues across a range of on and offline channels.
