Portfolio Marketing Manager - £45,000 plus Bonus
Location : Brighton
The Portfolio Marketing Manager in Brighton is a critical role within Nightcap Group. The portfolio includes Brighton i360, a major attraction, and Drift Bar and Kitchen, a beachside restaurant and bar on the West Pier. You will be the sole person responsible for driving footfall, lead generation and online bookings through multichannel OESP marketing aimed at new and existing visitors in Brighton.
You will be the driving force behind measurable local results, delivering across every touchpoint from in venue branding, content and PR through to digital campaigns and organic local search. The role suits a generalist who can organise and direct agencies and in house specialists to meet the needs of the venues. You will work closely with commercial, sales and ticketing teams to define, shape and execute the proposition, ensuring every department is aligned.
You are not expected to have hands on expertise in every channel, but you must be a doer who is comfortable getting stuck in. This means being able to roll up your sleeves and drive progress each day, whether that involves working in Adobe or Canva, using the CRM and ESP to build and send marketing emails, or managing daily social media content and community engagement. You should feel confident and take pride in joining up the full marketing mix to create clear, consistent and measurable activity. Success in this role comes from strong briefing, constructive challenge and confident guidance across both agencies and internal teams.
With the support of a small, high performing central marketing team and a trusted network of specialist agencies, you will have access to strong strategic and delivery resources. The focus is on your ability to organise, implement, evaluate and adapt, using data and insights to inform decisions and maximise impact. Experience managing external partners and extracting value from agency relationships is essential, as is the ability to balance local execution with wider group priorities.
