Your expertise lies within UK Marine Trade and Yacht business; you've developed relationships with clients such as Marinas, Sailing Clubs, Boat Builders, Vessel Sellers, and Boat Yards.

As a Marine Insurance Account Executive, you have a passion for marine and pleasurecraft, which you bring into your client interactions by providing tailored insurance solutions. You are sales-focused but advice-led, aiming to make a difference and generate referral business from your existing clients.

Joining this independent, privately owned Marine Insurance Broker, you'll operate as a Marine Insurance Account Executive.

1. Represent a reputable Marine Insurance Broker with strong market relationships and a broad network of insurers for commercial risks.
2. Join at a time of strong growth and succession planning, making it an opportune moment to transition.
3. Work with a well-known brand that collaborates directly with clients and sub-brokers, providing ample success opportunities.
4. Leverage the company's active digital marketing strategy alongside your own efforts to generate leads.
5. Enjoy a salary between £40,000 - £60,000 plus a commission scheme and benefits. A car allowance may be available for the right candidate, with fuel costs covered.

1. A strong background in handling commercial combined insurance programs, ideally within Marine Trade, Commercial Marine, or Yacht sectors. Willingness to network and attend sailing events.
