A property management company is seeking a Voids Supervisor based in Hastings, UK. The role involves overseeing the delivery of voids works, ensuring properties meet high standards. Candidates should have strong trade knowledge, experience supervising maintenance projects, and excellent communication skills. This is a hands-on position with responsibilities including inspections, coordinating subcontractors, and promoting safety on site. A valid CSCS card and a full UK driving license are required.
Are you a proactive, organised leader with a strong trade background? We're looking for a Voids Supervisor to take charge of the day-to-day delivery of our voids programme—ensuring properties are repaired, refurbished, and ready to the highest standards.
As Voids Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between operatives, subcontractors, housing officers, admin teams, and client representatives. You'll oversee works on site, carry out inspections, and resolve issues quickly to keep everything running smoothly. Your focus will be on delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality homes that meet contract KPIs and exceed client expectations.
You're a confident people manager with strong trade knowledge and proven experience supervising maintenance or voids works. You thrive under pressure, make sound decisions, and keep multiple jobs moving at pace without compromising on quality. Clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to resident satisfaction are at the heart of how you work.
