💷 Salary : Up to £60,000

🏢 Hybrid : 2 days per week on-site

We’re looking for a Business Systems & Process Manager to play a key role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how our systems and processes work together, ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and ready for the future.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our teams and our technology. Your mission will be to optimise business systems, improve processes, and ensure our operations—from production to planning—run like clockwork.

You will :
  • Manage and optimise our core business systems
  • Improve workflows across the business, identifying bottlenecks and driving digital transformation.
  • Maintain key data such as BOMs, routings and work instructions.
  • Enhance real-time production data visibility and reporting.
  • Lead system upgrades and new implementations, ensuring smooth rollout and change adoption.
  • Support teams with training, troubleshooting and ongoing system improvements.
  • Drive compliance, quality standards and strong data governance.

Essential :
