The Role

As Voids Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between operatives, subcontractors, housing officers, admin teams, and client representatives. You'll oversee works on site, carry out inspections, and resolve issues quickly to keep everything running smoothly. Your focus will be on delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality homes that meet contract KPIs and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of voids works, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Carry out pre- and post-inspections, scope properties, and raise accurate orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet time, quality, and compliance standards.
• Liaise with housing officers, clients, and residents to resolve queries professionally.
• Monitor progress and ensure works meet KPIs.
• Complete and review compliance paperwork (risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks).
• Promote safe working practices through site checks and inspections.
• Support scheduling and planning with supervisors and admin teams.
• Mentor apprentices and encourage a positive team culture.
• Maintain tidy, safe, and compliant site standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation to company procedures and deadlines.
