The London studio of leading global practice has an exciting and rare opening for an innovative stadium bowl designer. The role will see you lead on large-scale stadium projects in this international position, you will be able to harness cutting edge design and visualization tools and software's to create class leading concepts. You will also be responsible for setting the creative agenda to drive creative and delivery processes, while facilitating and championing innovation and research. This globally renowned practice would like to receive candidates from diverse experience backgrounds. You will need to have assembled a ‘global excellence’ portfolio of elite design projects. Sectors should include sports, leisure, cultural, and retail, as examples. The role may require substantial international travel to service and build client relationships. • Drive innovation and design excellence in the design of stadium bowls.
• To work within the design leadership team across the sector.
• Client engagement, to present your and the team specialist work.
• Experience running cutting-edge global schemes.

• Expertise in Rhino + Grasshopper
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and scripting languages (Python, C#, or Dynamo)
• Ability to interpret and apply sports federation standards (FIFA, UEFA, IOC, etc.).
• Excellent 3D modelling, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient understanding of Green Guide, and other relevant regulatory guidance.

Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
