A local authority consultancy is seeking a Development Management Team Leader in the City of London for an initial 6-month contract. This role involves leading a Development Management Team to ensure high-quality services and providing technical inputs on major development schemes. Eligible candidates should possess a post-graduate degree in planning and relevant experience in local authority planning. A competitive pay rate of £55 to £65 per hour is offered, along with flexible working options.

To apply for this role, it is essential that you have worked in a development management local authority planning department at a similar level. You should hold a Post‑graduate degree in planning, regeneration or a related discipline, and have the eligibility for membership of RTPI.
The council are looking for candidates who will be able to hit the ground running and are offering flexible working arrangements.
Carrington West Pay Rate - £55 to £65 per hour (DOE)
