Zusammenfassung
A leading chemical manufacturer in Cheshire is seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Supervisor to oversee efficient operations at the plant. This role involves monitoring production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supervising contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in chemical manufacturing and a strong background in leadership roles. It's an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team focused on process optimization.
Qualifikationen
- Must have solid experience of working within a Chemical or Process Manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working within a Team Leader or Supervisory position is required.
- Strong understanding of Permits to Work, safety systems, and contractor management.
Aufgaben
- Monitor production equipment for continuous and efficient manufacturing.
- Identify and respond to production and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist with troubleshooting and liaising with contractors for maintenance.
