Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
Degree level or equivalent IT qualifications.
Good knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and Microsoft products.
Responsabilités
Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support to staff and students.
Support and mentor IT colleagues across the trust.
Ensure IT support issues are followed through to completion.
Connaissances
Good educational background including GCSE in English and Maths
Good knowledge and experience of Windows Server Operating Systems
Experience of Hyper-V virtualisation platform
Experience of network fault finding and troubleshooting
Formation
Degree level or equivalent IT qualifications (e.g. CCENT/CompTIA A+)
