Responsibilities

• Configuration and replacement of datacentre equipment.
• Provide both on-site and on-call support capacity.
• Monitor availability, performance, and security of TPCMS.
• Resolve TPCMS issues effectively.
• Engage with the System Management Team for improvements.
• Exceed Service Level Agreement targets.
