A progressive educational institution in Walton-on-Thames seeks a dedicated attendance support individual to enhance student achievement by promoting the importance of good attendance. Responsibilities include managing attendance data, handling student absence inquiries, and developing family engagement strategies. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 GCSEs, including Maths and English, along with a passion for fostering student success. Training provided, prioritizing those eager to make a difference.
To play a key role in the development of attendance as part of whole-school improvement. The main aim is to raise student achievement through actively promoting the importance of good attendance.
